The completely renovated house offers all the privacy and luxury one could wish for, including a private heated swimming pool, a pool house, private entrance, 2 parking spaces behind the house. On the first floor is the main part of the building with a spacious terrace and a great view over the garden, the swimming pool, les Dentelles and even the top of Mont Ventoux can be spotted.
The house (90m2) has a spacious living room with a large open U-shaped kitchen with air conditioning. In the house there are 2 bedrooms with private bathroom. A double bed of 180*200cm and a double bed of 160*200cm. The toilet is separate from the bathrooms. There is an induction plate, dishwasher, oven, coffee maker, Nespresso, kettle, large fridge / freezer, hairdryer, kitchen mixer, vacuum cleaner, electric heating. Large television with chromecast to receive your own streaming (Netflix etc).
In the garden is the heated swimming pool with water massage jets. There are several terraces. The garden contains olive trees with a bamboo canopy. Next to the pool is the pool house (20 m2) with well-equipped kitchen été, where you can sit comfortably, have lunch / dinner. Through a small gate there is access to the other facilities present on the domain such as the washing machine, the kiosk, the large table.
If desired, you can participate in the communal activities (Happy Hour, wine tasting, sound bath session, Fête du Jardin) that are organized.
Note: although the house has its own swimming pool, it is important to keep it quiet i.v.m. with the neighbours present.
